Our best Chardonnay grapes are set aside to make this limited bottling. Aged for 14 months in year-old french barrels, this wine takes on hints of toast, vanilla, and spice which complement the grape’s natural thumbprint of apple, pear, and almond. A rich roasted pineapple note emerges as it comes to temp.
Rich mouthfeel, bright acidity, toast, fruit. It’s all about the balance.
