This Bordeaux blend produced from Sam McCullough’s vineyard is composed of 75% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc.  Aged for 14 months in French Oak, it has a beautiful nose of cassis and dark berries, with blackberry, clove and warm baking spices on the palate.  The wine finishes with a rich and lush texture, hinting of black licorice,  vanilla and cedar.
