Our North Ridge Vineyard has some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines on Long Island.  Elegant, esoteric, and medium bodied, this wine is a perfect balance of thoughtful and delicious.  Neutral oak aging lends to the complexity without diminishing the fruitiness.
